Team “Wait a Minute” Tēnā koutou katoa.
We are 3 guys who have pretty much lived our lives “working hard and playing hard” as the saying goes. It’s not till you get to a certain point in your life and you start to lose loved ones to sickness or seeing them suffer through poor health that you take a look at your own habits and see you too could be heading down that same path. more Wiremu Bayliss When I began my journey to better health I decided that the first major chapter of my journey was going to end with me doing IronMaori in 2012. After completing the Lake Taupo Relay and Rotorua Half Marathon this year already I feel confident that we as a team can do well in Iron Maori. more Harley Thompson O.K – We hear the word amazing used quite liberally these days but I can tell you this. Tri Maori was absolutely amazing. Beyond the Tri and walks there was entertainment galore for the tamariki, healthy food stores, financial literacy seminars and a whole lot more. The One Heart Many Lives team was there in force and doing a fantastic job in partnership with the Heart Foundation with health checks. more |
